🙅‍♀️ Stop counting on willpower. It’s unreliable.
🙅‍♀️ Stop thinking you’ll find a few minutes to do it eventually. You won’t.
🙅‍♀️ Stop relying on your initial burst of motivation and going all in right away. It’s not sustainable.

Instead…

1- Make it simple for you to do it

If you are trying to do more yoga at home, keep your mat where you can see it.

Do it in your house clothes.
Commit to 5 minutes a day.

Done is better than perfect.
You can improve when your habit is set.

2- Stack it on one of your current habits

A habit without a plan is just a wish.
Decide on when you’re going to do it and make it follow something you do every day anyway.

Do a few Sun Salutations while your coffee is brewing.
Meditate just after brushing your teeth.
Stretch just after turning off your laptop.

Start simple. Have a plan. And let me support you ❤️
