During 5 days, we’ll explore some of my favourite practices to help support your unique body and shake off the cobwebs that come with a sedentary lifestyle!
  • Date: 18-22 April
  • Language: English and French
  • Format: I will send you an email every day for 5 days, including a short class (30-45 min YouTube video)
  • Content: Each video will contain an MFR practice (self-massage), a yoga/mobility practice and a little mindfulness assignment to weave into your day!
  • Level required: everything is accessible to complete beginners :)

Ideally, you would do all 5 days in a row, but the YouTube videos will of course stay there for you to practice at your own pace.
