I call it the 1 rule.
1 yoga posture
1 push-up
1 km of running
1 minute of meditation
1 round of Sun Salutation
Just do 1 of whatever you are trying to bring more into your life. Make a commitment so small you can’t justify not doing it!
But one is not enough…?
1 is not enough if you do just 1 every single day. But doing something, however small, is always better than doing nothing.
And since starting is the hard part, you’ll often keep going a little longer.
But if you don’t, that’s okay. At least you’ll have kept your routine going!
