These are the three rules I like to remind myself of often, to make sure I take the best care of myself.

1. An empty watercan nourishes no flowers.
Take care of yourself first, you’ll be able to give more.

2. Action creates motivation.
Do the thing before you’re motivated to do it. Build momentum, then you won’t stop.

3. Nothing good happens after 10pm.
Go to bed!
