Membership Agreement (Hybrid)

What does the membership include?

Monthly yoga classes, support in-between classes, weekly check-in, access to all the resources on Everfit (Home Practice Library).

How to unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe at any time, simply by sending me an email or telling me face to face. I want you to stay as long as YOU want, that’s why I don’t tie you to a contract.

Rescheduling or cancelling a class

If you can’t make it to a class, you can reschedule it within the month, we can do it online, or you can use the resources I provide to practice on your own.

Rescheduling goes through Calendly. Please use the link in the confirmation email to reschedule or cancel a class:

I ask for a 24-hour notice, otherwise the class is considered cancelled and lost.

Please note: Monthly payments are calculated based on 47 weeks of the year, and then the cost is spread over 12 months. You are not paying for 5 weeks of the year which cover my absence due to holiday and unforeseen circumstances.

During these 5 weeks, you can still access all other areas of the service and will be charged accordingly.

Class booking

It is your responsibility to book your classes.
Each time you are billed you will receive an email, and I recommend that you book your class immediately. You should also have a monthly reminder in Everfit.

Feel free to book 2 months in advance if you’re confident about your schedule.

What if I’m late for a class?

Please let me know as soon as possible via WhatsApp. I can generally go over our finish time by 5-10 minutes, but not more.
