I’m convinced we can’t feel great when we’re sleep deprived.

So getting rid of RBP is a must for anyone who wants to feel energised, relaxed, peaceful and confident.

These are some of the things I put in place to make sure I get a minimum of 8 hours of beauty sleep every day.

If you can only do the 1st point today, do it. Seriously. Absolute game changer.

The app blockers I use for my emails and social media are Opal and AppBlock. But you can also use the native feature on your iPhone.
