If you struggled with this little challenge or if you find yourself grunting when you get up from your sofa after sitting for a while, guess what: it ain’t gonna get better as you age.

One of the worst possible things that can happen to you when you get older is falling and not being able to get up.

Now I know, it’s in a long time and it’s difficult to wrap our heads around things that would be good for us to do today when the potential reward is in literal years (otherwise I would probably have learnt German by now).
But apart from reducing your chances at premature death and just generally allowing you to move well longer, hip mobility is also a great way to improve your life NOW.

It’s deeply linked to your back health, knee health, and your ability to move anytime you are standing on your legs.

You don’t need to do a lot, but taking the time to do it everyday can completely transform your life and impact your general health.
