I get this question all the time.
We think that if we don’t have the time to do a “real” session, what’s the point of doing anything?
The point is: doing something is always better than doing nothing.
☝️ Because first: you WILL get results. Science says you only need to stretch a muscle for 1 minute, 5 times per week to gain flexibility.
✌️ And second: you will build momentum.
One of my clients told me recently that since he’s been doing his short yoga routine in the morning, it’s motivated him to go to bed earlier.
And because he goes to bed earlier, he doesn’t snack after dinner.
And because he sees how easy it is to do 10 minutes, and how good he feels after, he now wants to do more!
These 10 minutes have the potential to switch your entire day around.
That’s the point of doing 10 minutes.
