It’s more than okay, it’s NORMAL.
Even the most advanced yogis, whatever that means, struggle with a mind that is designed to ruminate, anticipate, reflect and think about dinner.
It is the nature of the mind. With time, we can learn to focus on just one thing at a time, even for just a few seconds.
You are not expected to think about nothing. Ever.
It is a constant practice, one that is frustrating at times but that will teach you patience and self-compassion.
