If you’ve walked a lot the day before, stretching out your legs will make them feel lighter.

If you’ve not slept well because you’re not used to the bed, move your spine around to loosen out your back.

If you’re staying with family and it’s testing out your patience, take a few moments to breathe and reflect on how you want to show up today.

If you’re eating more than usual, some dynamic movement will make you feel less bloated.

You don’t need much, in fact you don’t need anything, and that’s the beauty of yoga. Just your body and a few moments of mindfulness to be more in tune with yourself.
