Figure out your WHY.

If you commit to doing more exercise, for example, don’t stop at “I should do more exercise.”

We all SHOULD do more healthy stuff and less unhealthy stuff. But if we haven’t so far, it’s probably because it wasn’t that important to us, or we didn’t have a good reason to.

So why do you want to implement this new habit?
How is it going to change your life for the better?
How will your life in a year look if you manage to keep this habit into your life?
How will it look if you don’t?

Don’t just think about it for two seconds and move on. Write it down. And come back to it when you feel less motivated.
