It’s completely automated.
I use zero brain power, I waste zero energy deciding if I’m going to do it.
No “I will do it later if I have the time”. No “I’ll see how I feel after I’m finished with this.” No bullshit.
I wake up. Bathroom. Feed my pets. Then straight to my morning routine of exercise/stretch/meditation.
It’s flexible, some days I want to move and sweat. Some days I need to rest my body and I just breathe and self-massage.
But it’s always done because I don’t have to think about it.
It’s time I have set aside to look after myself. To fill my cup so I can pour energy into my students.
