A study by Philippa Lally showed that it can take anywhere between 18 to 254 days to build a new habit, with an average of 66 days.

And it depends on A LOT of things.

If you haven’t exercised since high school, don’t expect it to become second nature in a couple of weeks because you’ve decided 2023 is your year.

Give yourself time. Stay on track.
