Every night, when you go to bed, ask yourself:

What went well today?

What did I like about my day?

What was the best moment?

There’s a good reason for doing this, and it’s not woo-woo, I promise.

One of sleep’s function is to consolidate memories.

Do you want to remember the good things that happened to you… or that awkward thing you said in a meeting? 🤐

You will also train your brain to notice when something good happens, instead of letting it be drowned into the chaos of your busy life.

Go through every hour of your day, from the moment you woke up until you went to bed and find those nuggets of joy.

The bonus? You will probably fall asleep before you get there.
