If I asked you to describe what you’d like every single day of your life to look like… what would it be?

You might be tempted to say that it’s reclining on a beach with a cocktail in your hand, but let’s be real: you would get VERY bored quickly (and also an alcoholic).

Chances are the real answer isn’t that different to what your life currently is.

Every time I have a day that is at least close to perfect, I write it down.

What I did, who I was with, how it made me feel.

I now know exactly what I need for a day to be considered perfect, and I’m actively trying to create more of those days.

For me, a perfect day includes a sense of purpose (my job takes care of that), connection and love (with family, friends, pets, clients), contact with nature and a hefty dose of play/relaxation.

I’ve already had 2 perfect days this week 🥰

Neurons that wire together fire together.

When you bring the joyful moments of your life into awareness, you literally train yourself to have more of them.

We’re not that complicated.

What does your perfect day look like?
