\ud83c\udf1f 3 cours de M\u00e9ditation<\/strong> o\u00f9 je vais partager avec vous la m\u00e9ditation que je fais tous les matins pour bien commencer la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf1f 2 cours Get strong!<\/strong> bilingues. Ce sont des cours de renforcement musculaire en poids du corps, fun et accessibles \u00e0 tous mais exigeants !<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf1f Profitez d\u2019une r\u00e9duction de 20%<\/strong> si vous r\u00e9servez au moins 3 cours durant cette semaine :)<\/p>\n

Ensuite, je vais prendre quelques jours de repos bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9 \ud83d\ude04 Si ces cours ont du succ\u00e8s, je les ajouterai peut-\u00eatre au planning du mois d\u2019avril.<\/p>\n
