There is no “bad posture”.

It’s just a posture that you have adopted many times,

that served a purpose,

but now you’re a bit stuck in it

and you slowly lose access to your full range of motion.

It’s not inherently bad and it’s certainly not permanent.

The body is always adapting to what you are doing, so it only takes a bit of commitment to shed off your “bad posture” and restore your tissue health.
