You start on a parking lot, in a safe environment. That’s the essence of the yoga classes.

We learn new ways to move in a safe space. We build new neuro pathways so that when we need this movement in our every day lives, the body is ready and injuries don’t occur.

Through more challenging practices, we also learn to stay calm in situations where things seem to be out of our control.

We learn to trust our own body.

We learn agency. Confidence.

No pain. Lots of gain.
