Are you in your 30s or 40s? Have you already said ”Oooh, I’m getting old.” because your back was hurting?

Come here so that I can (lovingly) slap you.

You’re not old, you’re dehydrated.

Well, the tissues in your body are. It’s not the same kind of dehydration that you can fix by drinking a bottle of water, unfortunately (although you’d probably benefit from doing that as well!)

Aging is basically a “drying out” process of the tissues in your body. And it is highly accelerated when you don’t move.

But the beautiful thing is that contrarily to our idea of “aging”, this dehydration process CAN BE REVERSED (up to a point, of course).

Simply put:

When you are sedentary, your body dries out, it gets “old”, it loses its ability to function well.

But when you start moving again, it starts healing immediately.

It sounds like nothing but it changes our mindset from “I’m getting old, there’s nothing I can do about it.” to “My health is my own hands, if I want to feel better, there’s a way.😎
