Just want to add that it’s not all black or white. You can be both depending on the pain, depending on the day, depending on your mood.

But! What matters is your awareness of it.

When are you ignoring the pain signals because it’s not convenient for you?

When are you limiting yourself out of fear?

When the pain is strong and/or persistent, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed and either go:

“FUCK IT, I’ll ignore it.”
“FUCK IT, I just won’t move ever again.”

Is it possible to pause, juuust before the “Fuck it”? 😄

There are ways to deal with the pain without it ruling your entire life.

And it all starts with becoming aware of your patterns.
