I rarely workout for more than 30-45 minutes. This is why 👇

MOTIVATION
It’s much easier to stick to shorter workouts in the long run.

The idea of a 60 minute workout is much more taxing. I’m more likely to find excuses not to do it.

CONSISTENCY
Short workouts are easier to fit in a busy day. So I do them more often.

Plus, I get the health, focus and mood benefits of working out every time. If I did a longer workout less often, I wouldn’t.

✨ DO A LITTLE, OFTEN
I always have an honest conversation with my clients as to what they think they can stick to.
If it’s 10 minutes, we make 10 minutes work. If it’s 30 minutes, that’s perfect too.

Time is rarely the issue. The issue is the idea that doing a little bit wouldn’t be worth it.

Focus on what you can do 🤍
