A morning routine doesn’t have to take 1 hour and include a green smoothie, a long meditation and 15 pages of journaling.
In fact, there is only one rule.
Start your day with something that nourishes you. That makes you feel good, inspired, relaxed and/or present.
It can take 1 minute. It can be whatever you like.
For me, it’s yoga with my pets running around.
For you, it might be a cup of coffee in silence.
Knitting and listening to music.
Going out for a walk.
Reading a good book.
Whatever helps you showing up at your best for the rest of the day.
