From September 2013 to July 2014. There’s a 7 kilo difference between the two photos and a bit of muscle.

On the photo on the left, I had already lost 10 kilos from my starting point. It took that much to feel confident enough to even take a photo of myself.
Clearly my confidence had skyrocketed a few months later 😅

I was still too self-conscious to exercise in front of anyone though. I wasn’t going to the gym and when my boyfriend was at my home, I would hide in my bedroom to exercise.

Now it’s literally my job to exercise in front of others.

Confidence is at the heart of everything I do in my teaching. I want you to feel as perfect as you are. I want you to be able to move freely and be comfortable in your own skin. I want you to feel fantastic enough that you could post of photo of yourself in your pants, flexing your tiny biceps, if that’s what your heart wants someday.
