If you have a tendency to
> be super motivated
> overdo it
> mess up
> give up
> start again
> overdo it
etc.

You’re probably struggling with an all-or-nothing mindset.

You’re stuck in this cycle because you think that if you can’t do it perfectly, then there’s no point doing it at all.

But it will never go perfectly all the time.

~ Try this technique instead: ~

Ask yourself: “If everything goes well, what do I want my week to look like?”

This is the optimal scenario.

Then ask yourself:

“If I have a super stressful and/or busy week, what is the least I can do that I still consider good enough?”

👉 The point is to give you options, a range, instead of a fixed target.

It will be much more achievable and sustainable long term when your motivation eventually fades, or life circumstances get in the way.
