I never tell my clients that they should meditate. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all, especially in wellness.

Meditation isn’t for everyone and my job is to help my clients find what works for them.

I think you should TRY meditation and see if it makes you feel good. And if it’s not your thing…

Find something you can fully immerse yourself into.

Something that makes you lose track of time. That makes you feel nourished and at peace.

It could be running, gardening, painting…

If meditation doesn’t do that for you, something else will. And there’s nothing wrong with you.
